An MLBPA-Certified Agent and licensed California attorney, Kurt Varricchio brings more than 30 years of experience in professional sports marketing and athlete representation, leading KVA Sports’ operations across baseball, beach volleyball, and NIL representation. Kurt has successfully negotiated Major League contracts and arbitration cases for players in the United States, Japan (NPB), and South Korea (KBO). His international reach and deep understanding of player markets have positioned KVA Sports as a trusted agency across multiple professional leagues and in the international sports marketing space.

Kurt has brokered endorsement and licensing deals with many of the industry’s most recognized brands, including Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, Wilson, Rawlings, Topps, Marucci, All-Star, Panini, Mikasa, TravisMathew, Free People Movement and Zenni Eyewear.
