 A Southern California native, Richard Hiskey brings more than 40 years of experience in the beach volleyball and action sports industry, combining his deep passion for the sport with extensive expertise in business development, marketing, and athlete representation.

At KVA Sports, Richard plays a key role in identifying and signing top collegiate volleyball athletes and helping them build successful professional and NIL careers. His strong industry relationships and marketing acumen have led to impactful brand partnerships for KVA clients with companies such as Mikasa, Free People Movement, TravisMathew, Freddy (Italian fashion brand), Slunks, Zenni Eyewear, SUJA Organic, Goodr Eyewear, Red Bull, Oakley and Merrill Lynch.

Prior to KVA Sports, Richard held leadership positions with Liberty Media, Fox Sports, DIRECTV and Hype! Skateboards. Richard also served as a Founding Partner of PushPlay Sports & Entertainment Marketing, where he specialized in aligning brands with events and talent in professional beach volleyball both domestically and internationally. A graduate of UCLA (B.A., Political Science) and Loyola Marymount University (MBA, Marketing/Finance), he remains deeply connected to the beach volleyball community and the coastal lifestyle that has defined his career.
